Great place

Terry was very responsive and the place was beautiful. We had an issue with the shower and were not able to shower on our first night, but it was remedied by the second day. The fireplace, kitchen, and bedroom were quite high end and beautiful. It is easy to access and the heat works great. We will definitely be coming back!

Great updated condo, indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus. Awesome location, only a couple minutes from skiing and tubing. Terry was a fantastic host, friendly and quick to respond to all our questions.

We needed up staying at both of Terrys places during our visit. He was extremely accommodating and responsive to all my questions. Every location he had was amazing and completely upgraded. We felt right at home. We will be staying at his locations again and highly recommend all his houses.

This Brian Head condo was perfect for our ski trip! Beautifully remodeled for a very comfortable stay. Modern, clean with all the necessary kitchen supplies you’d need. Minutes from Navajo and Giant Steps lodge made it so convenient getting to either base. Would highly recommend Terry’s Airbnb for a cozy Brian Head getaway.

Terry’s rental was exactly what I expected it to be. We enjoyed our visit and the pool and fitness room.

We loved staying here while we were visiting Brian Had! Neighborhood is quiet, relaxing, ands a great vacation spot.

Great host. I’ve stayed in the Brian Head area several times and enjoyed being off the main (State Hwy) road at this property. Much quieter than condos directly adjacent to Giant Steps lodge. Very comfortable condo with excellent amenities. Highly recommend.

Terry’s condo in Brian Head was amazing! It was quiet, clean and cozy. It is the perfect getaway for yourself or for a couple. The drive to the stores was minimal (I could have walked if I weren’t so lazy) and there is so much to do! We had some trouble getting in and getting connected to the wifi, but Terry was on top of it! Response times were a minute or less.

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway! The place had everything needed! Can’t wait to come back for a mountain getaway.

The condo was very clean and cozy. The electric (or gas?) fireplace was a nice touch! The location is just a couple minutes away from the ski resort so it was very easy to access. We had a very good stay. Thank you!

Great spot in Brian Head! Nice remodel and enjoyed time spent in the jacuzzi + watching a couple shows in our downtime. Perfect place to recoup for a couple on a ski trip.

Everything was just as advertised. The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. Terry was very helpful with providing instructions on how to check in.

This place is beautiful and just like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed both tv's and loved the pool and spa. The complex itself is cozy but a little loud on our visit. (From our unit, we always heard children jumping down the stairs and running through the hallways from 8-10pm. And the walls are a little thin so the upstairs neighbor walking back and forth at midnight kept us up for a little while one night.) The size of the unit is PERFECT for a couple. But we had a family of 4 with small children and that was sometimes a little tight (we had to move the armchair into the kitchen to pull out the sofa bed, and access to the bedroom was blocked by one of the dining chairs. If you don't mind a little rearranging, it's fine. If you are two people, we strongly recommend Terry's place.
